EAP SPRING MEETING 2024| PORTO, PORTUGAL

Dear EAP National Delegates & Representatives of Affiliated/Subspecialty Societies,

You are warmly invited to the EAP Spring Meeting taking place at the Sheraton Hotel in Porto, Portugal in parallel with the EAP MasterCourse on Thursday 11 and Friday 12 April 2024.

Important note: To avoid overlapping sessions on Friday, the General Assembly is scheduled for Thursday, 16:30 – 18:00. Some of the Strategic Advisory group / Yeap sessions take place after the GA. Below are the details:

Registration Rates:

Spring Meeting only 

Early fee: EUR 350 and late fee: EUR 400

Spring Meeting and Mastercourse package : EUR 600

Accommodation Rates:

Single Occupancy: EUR 195 pp per night (bed and breakfast)

Double Occupancy: EUR 218 (bed and breakfast)

Spring Meeting attendance includes entry to the welcome reception on Thursday evening. MasterCourse dinner tickets (optional) on Friday evening are purchased separately.
